Recommended Adult Dose:

Take four capsules daily before bedtime, a few hours before or after taking medications or other supplements, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Take two to three times per week.

Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, allergic to plants of the Apiaceae/Carrot family, or have abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, potential or existing intestinal blockage, atonic bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease such as Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding or severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolytes.

Reduce dose or discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms or diarrhea. Hypersensitivity to senna and cascara sagrada is known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
