To assure optimal extraction of Oat's bioactive compounds, the seed is hand-harvested only in its semi-mature ("milky") stage and is then taken directly to our laboratory and promptly extracted while still fresh and succulent.

Suggested Use

Shake Well Before Using.
Add 0.7 ml (approximately 1/8 teaspoon) to 2 oz. of water or juice, 2 to 5 times per day. Best taken between meals.
