Thorne Research M.F. Bromelain is a mixture of proteolytic (protein-digesting) enzymes from pineapple. 

Reduces bruising and swelling. 

Promotes healing after trauma or surgery. 

Promotes resorption rate of hematomas.

Suggested Use: Take 2 capsules one to three times daily or as recommended by your health professional.

Ingredients: 

Two Capsules Contain:

Bromelain*...... 1 g.

Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (derived from cellulose) capsule, Leucine, Silicon Dioxide.

INTERACTIONS 
Because bromelain has fibrinolytic effects that may potentially inhibit blood clotting, M.F. Bromelain should be used with caution or avoided in individuals on anticoagulant therapy. 

ADDITIONAL WARNINGS 
It is not recommended to remove the M.F. Bromelain powder from the capsule to take orally, as it can be irritating to the oral mucosa.
